He was using a chair at our table to elevate his ankle when a member of management approached us and said 'Sir you must remove your leg from the chair, I have had complaints from my High Profile guests that don't like it.' My husband told the manager that he understood that he had to address any complaints, and went on to ask if we could be seated in a different section that would not bother his customers. My husband suffers from severe arthritis and neuropathy in his left ankle and foot due to a severe break. My husband and I recently went to Valley View Casino for my birthday. You will be annoyed by the filth, the crowdedness, the inability to eat quickly, and the lack of payouts. To sum it up, this place is just a hassle. Also, the Buffet and the Cafe are pretty good too. The only positive thing about this casino is Black and Blue. Example: 1 night per month here vs 4 nights per week down the street. Their comps are horrible compared to the other nearby casinos.
